ADI AF-16/46, AK-16/46/47/57, AT-16/46 USB Programming Cable

This cable is designed specifically for quick and easy programming of the following ADI handheld transceivers: AF-16, AF-46, AK-16, AK-46, AK-47, AK-57, AT-16, AT-46, Commando 245H, etc. Simply hook it up to USB port. The power supply is done over the USB interface, following the USB 2.0 specs. This programming kit is not a straight forward cable, there is an internal converter circuit board mounted in the USB plug.

 

The cable communicates directly with a PC through the now popular and standard USB interface. It emulates a Serial Port but that port communicates with a radio at TTL voltage levels. A Serial Port connection is not needed since the cable emulates one for you. The cable is compatible with all versions of Windows® that support USB operation. This only includes Windows® 98SE, ME, W2K, XP, Vista or higher.

 

Please click here to download necessary USB drivers. As usual a virtual Serial Port is created, so that any Windows™ based radio programming software that is compatible with your computer and radio may be used. This zipped file is completed with full installation instructions.
